Welcome. I’m glad you’re here.
Compassionate, individualized therapy for adolescents and adults.
Life can feel overwhelming at times. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, or difficulties managing emotions, therapy can provide support, insight, and practical tools for change.
Hi, I'm Taryn Ignaszewski, MSW, LICSW.
I am a licensed clinical social worker providing therapy to adolescents and adults throughout Minnesota. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe therapy works best when clients feel understood, respected, and actively involved in the process.
I have experience working with individuals facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship challenges, life transitions, and stress. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), exposure-based interventions, and trauma-informed care to tailor treatment to each person's unique needs and goals.
I believe people are doing the best they can with the tools they have. Therapy offers an opportunity to better understand yourself, strengthen existing skills, learn new ways of coping, and create lasting change that aligns with your values.
My Approach
Personalized
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Together, we will identify your strengths, challenges, and goals to create a treatment plan that feels relevant and meaningful to you.
Collaborative
Therapy is a partnership. I value open communication, shared decision-making, and creating a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered.
Inclusive
Everyone deserves a safe, respectful, and affirming environment. I welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences.
