-
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills training focuses on developing practical tools for managing emotions, tolerating distress, improving relationships, and increasing mindfulness. Sessions are structured and skills-focused.
-
Parent coaching supports caregivers of children and adolescents experiencing emotional, behavioral, or mental health concerns. Sessions focus on practical strategies, skill development, and caregiver support. Parent coaching is not family therapy.
-
Skills coaching offers additional support between regularly scheduled therapy sessions. Coaching focuses on applying strategies and problem-solving real-life challenges as they arise. This service is available to established clients and is not intended for crisis situations.
